Suzanne, Alumni with the Australian Business School & AGSM, UNSW, and Business School & Education at the University of Sydney, adds value to her practice by providing clients with knowledge and experience in corporate business, talent management and recruitment consulting.

Suzanne established Executive Talent, Your Recruitment Manager 2010 with the vision to expand resources, recruitment and business consulting solutions.   She works with a number of highly experienced associates to deliver any number of recruitment projects.

Suzanne's significant business career has given her the depth of knowledge and experience to recruit executives across all sectors for public companies in Industry, IT,Property, Professional Services, HR, Accounting & Finance Sustainability to the top Fortune 500.  For twenty years Suzanne was managing director of APR Resources a successful recruitment and search practice in North Sydney which she founded.  She has post graduate degrees in business management from AGSM UNSW, human resource management and coaching psychology, and higher education from the University of Sydney.

Her work ethic, business acumen, integrity and dedication has instilled great confidence in her clients and candidates.  Suzanne's research interests are leadership, professional development, lifelong learning and ethics.

EPS Employment Placement Services

Following are the reforms to the employment agents industry.  The Fair Trading Amendment (Employment Placement Services) Act 2002 and the Fair Trading (General) Amendment (Employment Placement Services) Regulation 2003,  requires information set out below to serve as written notice of the following:

  • it will no longer be a requirement for an employment placement service to be licensed
  • an employment placement service must not charge a job seeker a fee for the purpose of finding the job seeker employment
  • an employment placement service must not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct (such as advertising a position as being available when the agency knows no such position exists or knowingly giving misleading information to a job seeker about the nature of a positions);
